Kids Krew School Age Program

Kids Krew is a before and after school age licensed child care program. Kids Krew offers a relaxed and trusting environment where your school age child can pursue interests, have fun and develop friendships. They receive kind and respectful support from our staff each day. Our staff strives to meet the individual needs of youth by offering them a variety of developmentally appropriate activities. These different activities include active & thought provoking games, arts & crafts, dramatic play, science projects and a large variety of toys. We take the children swimming in our life-guarded pool on days when school is closed. We can offer quiet space for children needing to work on their homework. The daily schedule is structured yet remains flexible allowing the children the freedom to choose their activities. Our school age program maintains a staff to child ratio of 1:15 and maximum group size of 30 children.

Program Sites and Hours of Operation 

Our Terrace Park Elementary Kids Krew happens at the Recreation Pavilion. If your child is enrolled in before care with us, then please drop them off at the Pavilion Riverview room. Our before care hours are 6:30 a.m. until 8:10 a.m. We then escort the children over to Terrace Park so they can start their school day. If your child is enrolled in our aftercare program, we pick them up from Terrace Park at 3:10 p.m. and escort them to our center for after care. The Riverview room remains open until 6:30 p.m.

Our Mountlake Terrace Elementary Kids Krew happens at Mountlake Terrace Elementary in the cafeteria. Please drop off and pick up your child there for before and/or after Kids Krew care. We open at 6:30 a.m. and close by 6:30 p.m.

Our Madrona K-8 Kids Krew happens at Madrona and takes place in their cafeteria. Please drop off and pick up your child there for before and/or after Kids Krew care. We open at 6:30 a.m. and close by 6:30 p.m.

Kids Krew follows the Edmonds School District (ESD) calendar. Registeration for Kids Krew 2023-24 school year program opens up on Monday June 12 for currently enrolled children. It opens up to the wider community on Monday July 10. Please go here for information on enrollment, fees and payment schedule.
