The Civic Campus Redevelopment Project consists of a new city hall, an addition to the existing police station, a Town Center Park Plaza, landscaping, parking and public art.

The Main Street Project includes the design, engineering, and re-construction of 236th Street between 56th Avenue W and Interstate 5 (Phase 1 under construction), and 56th Avenue W between 230th and 236th Streets SW (future Phase 2).

The Sound Transit 2 Link Light Rail Extension includes stations in Shoreline, Mountlake Terrace and Lynnwood. Opening in 2024, riders will enjoy reliable service to the University of Washington, Seattle, Eastside, and more.

The Terrace Station Project, adjacent to Interstate 5 just north of the King-Snohomish County line, includes three buildings, over 600 residential units, 80,000 square feet of commercial space and a new roadway into the project from 236th Street SW.
