[ARCHIVED] Most Permit Applications by Appointment Only

In an effort to observe social distancing mandates and flatten the curve of the COVID-19 spread, the City of Mountlake Terrace is restricting most permit applications to appointment only and are unable to process passport applications at this time.

Unless you are applying for a permit for a driveway, fence, home occupations, re-roof and/or shed, please call 425-744-6267 to make an appointment. Permits for single family residential re-roof, plumbing and mechanical can still be submitted and viewed online.

Only the following permits will be accepted at the permit counter:

  • Driveway
  • Fence
  • Home occupations
  • Re-roof
  • Shed

If your project does not fall into the above categories, you will need to call 425-744-6267 and make an appointment.

Thank you for respecting the city’s need to protect their employees and citizens.
