Senior Low Income Utility Discount Applications Due April 30

Applications for senior low income utility discounts for the May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019 program year are still available for anyone who meets the following income guidelines and lives in Mountlake Terrace.

Low income homeowners 62 years of age or older, may qualify for a 30% reduction in their utility bill and free garbage service. Low income homeowners or tenants under 62 years of age may qualify for free garbage service.

Civic Campus Project Design Commences

On Thursday, April 5, the first of three community open houses was held at Mountlake Terrace Library to kick off the design phase of the Civic Campus Redevelopment Project.

Woman Assaulted During Burglary

A 32-year-old Mountlake Terrace woman, responding to a disturbance at her neighbor's house, was assaulted by a burglary suspect.
