 The Library Board advises the city and Sno-Isle Library District on the general supervision of the Mountlake Terrace Library and on developing long-range plans for its use.
The Mountlake Terrace Library is a city-owned facility operated by the Sno-Isle Library System.
The Board consists of seven members who are residents of the city with at least one student enrolled at Mountlake Terrace High School.
