 The Library Board advises the City Council as to the general supervision of the library facilities of the city.
The Mountlake Terrace Library is a city-owned facility operated by the Sno-Isle Library System.
The Board consists of seven members who are residents of the city with at least one student enrolled at Mountlake Terrace High School.
