Building, remodeling, and development projects of all types generally require inspections at certain stages of progress, as well as a final inspection and approval upon completion of the project.

Scheduling Inspections
To schedule an inspection, please call the following recorder number: (425) 775-9694.  Have your permit number and address ready. The recorded message will prompt you to state the necessary information. 

Inspections that are requested before 3:00 p.m. will be scheduled for the following regular business day. Inspections requested after 3:00 p.m. will be scheduled within the second business day.
