Subarea Plan provides a means for the community to think ahead
about needs and trends and make proactive decisions to help
shape the future of the Melody Hill Neighborhood for the next
10-20 years or more.
The Melody Hill Neighborhood covers the
entire northwest area of Mountlake Terrace, roughly west
of I-5 and north of 224th Street to 212th Street SW.
Citizens and interested parties are encouraged
to view the Melody Hill Plan. This can be done by clicking
on the pdf file link in the right column. Also, hard copies
of the Plan are available at the Mountlake Terrace Library
and City Hall. (For a quicker view, see the "Summary
of Plan Recommendations" below.)
