Water
Fitness Classes: Improve
cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and increase flexibility.
Water workouts reduce stress on joints. Consult with a physician
before beginning activity.

Shallow
Water Fitness
A fast-paced, shallow-water conditioning
class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, tone
muscles, & increase flexibility. No swim skills
required. |
Deep Water Fitness
A dynamic total body workout with no
impact. Students use equipment for support and
resistance. Deep-water skills are required.

Arthritis
Aquatics Program
The warm water helps relieve pain and stiffness
as well as increase joint flexibility. Led by an Arthritis
Foundation trained instructor. |
River
Fitness
Use of river current, water resistance and
hand weights for a complete workout. No swim skills
required.

Senior
Exercise
Low impact, shallow-water aerobic program
for persons over 60. Enjoy the support of
our warm water and reduce stress on joints. No swim
skills required.

Water
Walk
Includes lengths of various walking techniques
in shallow water. Very low impact. No swim skills required.
|
|
Triathlon
Training & Masters Swimming
Work on your swimming skills, stroke mechanics,
and endurance with a qualified instructor. Great for
those who are training for a race, or just looking for
a way to stay in shape.
