PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS AFTER 4PM ON THE DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SHUT-OFF DAY MUST BE MADE AT CITY HALL TO ASSURE CONTINUATION OF SERVICE.

Utility payments can be paid at the Mountlake Terrace City Hall Civic Center in two ways:
- During business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., payments may be made at the customer service desk. Simply add your account number to your check and deposit in drop box on the counter; you do not need to wait. Disconnected accounts must be paid by 3:30 pm, including $50 reinstatement fee, to be reconnected on the same day. Disconnected accounts paid after 3:30 pm will be reconnected on the following business day. The City does not turn water on after 3:30 pm.
- Payments may be made in our drive up drop box located at the north end of the parking lot, to your left as you exit the City Hall parking lot. No cash in drop box please.
By Phone or On-Line
Call 1-877-651-3860 (Toll Free) to pay by phone. On-line payments may be made at Online Utility Payments. Payments may be made with a debit or credit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo, or with your bank account, checking or savings. There is a $2.00 convenience fee for all on-line or phone payments.
