Utility payments can be paid at the Mountlake Terrace
City Hall Civic Center in two ways.
- During
business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. payments can be
made at the customer service desk.
- Payments may be made in our drop
box located
at the north end of the parking lot, to your left as you
exit the City Hall parking lot. No cash in drop box please.
On-Line
Payments may also be made at Online Utility Payments. On-line payments (only) may be made with a debit or credit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo. There is a $5.00 convenience fee for all on-line payments.
PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS AFTER 4PM ON THE DAY BEFOE THE SCHEDULED SHUT-OFF DAY MUST BE MADE BY CASH OR CHECK AT CITY HALL TO ASSURE CONTINUATION OF SERVICE.
