City Clerk

The City Clerk's Office supports the City Council and City Manager, coordinates with city departments to prepare council meeting materials, and helps comply with public disclosure and open public meeting laws.

The City Clerk's Office directs the Community Information and Outreach program by managing the city newsletter and website, issuing news releases and City Manager communications, and organizing special events. Additionally, this division administers community partnership agreements, award nominations, lodging tax funds and conducts recruitment for the city's Advisory Boards and Commissions.
